How secure is your online payment method?

We use the industry leading internet payment company SagePay to protect your card details and protect us from fraud. Sagepay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your customer's details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

Transaction security
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the SagePay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the SagePay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

What payment methods can I use online?

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo, JCB and Maestro credit and debit cards and PayPal.

Delivery Options?

All orders qualify for free and delivery.
Orders up to the value of £100 will qualify for Free Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery.
Orders Over the value of £100.00 will qualify for Free Royal Mail Guaranteed Next
Day Delivery
(Orders below the value of £100.00 can upgrade to Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery for an additional cost of £5.95)
We despatch orders on the day of receipt up until 3.30pm and deliver via Royal Mail
Please note: Orders received after 3.30pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

What is your returns policy??

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased, you may return the unused goods to us in perfect condition in the original packaging, within 14 days of invoice. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. However, for reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.

Please notify us of your intention to return goods.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels being returned to us that are lost in transit and strongly advise that returns are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will refund you for the goods returned less any postage costs incurred by us.

Do you sell genuine PANDORA?

We are Certified Pandora on-line retailers and as such we guarantee that all of our Pandora goods are genuine. We also sell Pandora through our high street shops

All orders are packaged with Official Pandora Packaging, and all bracelets will come with a Pandora box and a catalogue to make choosing future additions to your bracelet easier.

Please be aware that there are many unofficial websites selling Pandora and websites selling imitation products. To avoid disappointment please ensure that you only purchase your Pandora items from a CERTIFIED retailer.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, simply contact us on 01434 604477 and have your order and payment details ready. We are available Monday - Saturday, from 9am - 5pm.

How will my PANDORA order be packaged?

All purchases come with official Pandora Packaging. Let us know if your purchases are gifts for more than one recipient and we will send the required amount of gift boxes.

You can choose to have your purchase giftwrapped with quality wrap and ribbon
And we will write your personal message in a gift card for a small charge
