Returns Policy We are sure that you will love your purchase, but if you don't, we will be happy to refund or exchange any item within a 30 day period, with no quibbles or arguments. Over Christmas, we will also extend this policy. Any items purchased after the 15th November can be returned up to 31st January. However, for reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable. Please notify us of your intention to return goods.
