Shipping and Handling We usually despatch orders on the day of receipt up until 3.30pm , and deliver via Royal Mail 1st Class, Special Delivery or Standard Parcel post. Delivery is usually between 1-3 days for UK addresses and 5-8 days for international orders. Once your order has been despatched we will notify you by email of the sending date.
We will do our utmost to make sure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered within the timeframe specified but should events outside our control prevent this we will contact you by email and arrange alternatives. We do not take any payment until we are in a position to make shipment.
We offer a free standard delivery service within the UK on orders over £30. For order value below £30 we charge £2.95 to cover shipping, handling packaging and insurance costs.
We offer Royal Mail Special next day delivery service for £5.95 for parcels weighing up to 2 kg and £18.50 for parcels weighing above 2 kg, we will contact you if your parcel weighs over £2kg. Orders received after 3.30pm will be processed the following day
Please note: Orders received after 3.30pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Orders requiring Next Day Delivery processed on Friday will be received by the customer the following Monday.
As delivery is by Royal Mail / Parcel Force we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system. |
Returns Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased, you may return the unused goods to us in perfect condition in the original packaging, within 14 days of invoice. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund. However, for reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.
Please notify us of your intention to return goods.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels being returned to us that are lost in transit and strongly advise that returns are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will refund you for the goods returned less any postage costs incurred by us.
Please include your original receipt with the goods being returned.
