Orders Over the value of £100.00 will qualify for Free Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
(Orders below the value of £100.00 can upgrade to Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery for an additional cost of £5.95)

All orders up to the value of £100 will qualify for Free Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery.

We despatch orders on the day of receipt up until 3.30pm and deliver via Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail Special Delivery . Once your order has been despatched we will notify you by email of the sending date.


Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery is normally delivered within 3 working days of the order being dispatched.


Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is a guaranteed delivery of the next working day before 1pm for orders placed before 3.30 pm the previous day. Orders after this time may still arrive the next working day but cannot be guaranteed. A signature is required and this also allows you to track your order with the track and trace number we email you.

Please note: Orders received after 3.30pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Returns Policy

We are sure that you will love your purchase, but if you don't, we will be happy to refund or exchange any item within a 30 day period, with no quibbles or arguments. Over Christmas, we will also extend this policy any items purchased After the 15th November can be returned up to 31st January. However, for reasons of hygiene, earrings are non-returnable.

Please notify us of your intention to return goods.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels being returned to us that are lost in transit and strongly advise that returns are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. We do not credit back the return postage costs unless the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our part.

Please include your original receipt with the goods being returned.
