Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £45, sent tracked with Royal Mail.

How do Pandora returns and exchanges work?

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they're unworn and meet our returns conditions. For a non-faulty item returned for a refund, a £2.95 prepaid return-label fee is deducted from the refund. The fee doesn't apply to exchanges.

Can Pandora jewellery be gift wrapped?

Can I mix Pandora charms with other brands' bracelets?

Pandora Moments charms are designed for compatible Pandora Moments bracelets, bangles and charm holders. Other brands use different barrel sizes and fittings, so a Pandora charm won't always fit a non-Pandora bracelet. Check the barrel size against the bracelet before mixing designs.
