Our Returns Policy

• Time-frame: Return your items within 30 days of receipt. For Christmas purchases, the extended return period applies.
• Condition: Please return items unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

• Process:

  • Royal Mail Tracked Returns®: For convenient postal returns, visit our Royal Mail returns page to generate a label or schedule a collection.
    
    
  • Parcel Collect: Arrange a free collection from your home or workplace through Royal Mail's Parcel Collect service.
    
    
• Preparing Your Return:
  
  
  • Invoice/Order Confirmation: Include a copy of your invoice or a printout of your order confirmation email with the goods in secure packaging.
    
    
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please provide details of the replacement item you'd like.
    
    
  • Refunds: We process refunds to the original payment method within 3 working days of receiving your return.
