Returns Information

Time-frame:

Return your items within 30 days of receipt.

Condition:

Please return items unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Preparing Your Return:

Include a copy of your invoice or a printout of your order confirmation email with the goods.
Ensure your return is securely packaged to prevent loss or damage during transit.

We recommend using padded envelopes or appropriate boxes and sealing them with additional tape if necessary.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please provide details of the replacement item you'd like.

Refunds:

We process refunds to the original payment method within 3 working days of receiving your return.

Please note that once the refund is processed by us, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction and reflect the credit in your account.
