Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Condition of return

Returned items should be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to start a return

To start a return, please log in to your account and submit your request through our self-service returns portal.

Once your request has been checked, we will email you a link to create a prepaid Royal Mail return label where applicable.

For non-faulty items returned for a refund and not exchanged, a £2.95 prepaid return-label fee will be deducted from your refund.

Preparing your return

Please include a copy of your invoice or a printout of your order confirmation email with your return.

Please package your return securely to help prevent loss or damage in transit.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, please include the details of the item you would like instead when submitting your return request through our self-service returns portal.

The prepaid Royal Mail return-label fee does not apply to exchanges.

If the item you would like instead costs more than your original item, our customer service team will contact you before the exchange is processed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please let us know when submitting your return request.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 working days of receiving and checking your return.

For non-faulty items returned for a refund using our prepaid Royal Mail returns service, £2.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the credit.

Returning your item independently

You are welcome to return your item independently instead of using our prepaid Royal Mail returns service.
